Anti-inflammatory properties of CBD Oil

Inflammation is the body’s natural response to, for example, an injury. Let’s say you injure your ankle, and your body becomes inflamed, your ankle gets inflamed – that’s normal.

But chronic inflammation can be detrimental to your health, and chronic inflammation is actually at the root of all disease.

Anytime you can naturally reduce inflammation in your body, you’re going to be allowing your body to heal naturally.

CBD oil can be used as a tool to help keep inflammation down and may help reduce it.

There are some promising studies with CBD oil that are showing that CBD may help reduce inflammation. Also, there are really no side effects of taking CBD oil other than it might make you feel more relaxed, so you can feel a bit sleepy if you take a lot.

The most common CBD oil you’re going to find online is decarboxylated or heated oil. Raw CBD oil is unheated. It’s like taking the apple off the tree, eating it, and not cooking it first.

When you do that, you’re going to have all of the naturally occurring nutrients. CBD oil, when it’s raw, has all the phytocannabinoids, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, plants, and terpenes – you’ll have everything in it.

You also have CBDA that is only found in the raw version of CBD oil. CBDA is notorious for its potential in reducing inflammation.

After you take the raw hip extract and you decarboxylated it, which is just a fancy name for heating, that is how CBDA will be converted.

But, how do you decide whether you want raw hemp extract or you want a decarboxylated version?

We are going to make this simple – if you have the pain, we recommend taking decarboxylated CBD oil, because when there’s pain involved, you’re likely to need a higher concentration of the cannabinoid CBD.

If you only have inflammation, then we’d like to use the raw version of hemp extract to get a full spectrum CBD in which absolutely nothing has been filtered out.

You can also use CBD topically. As with an ankle injury, you can use the oil this topically on your ankle and then also take it under the tongue internally.
